View Parameter Details

In Selector List, select a parameter to view the details established upon creation. Any changes made to the parameter details on the Application tab are updated in the Parameter Details section of Guided Reporting without the need to click Discover again.

NOTE: This information is read-only, but informs on what is included in the report for this parameter.

The default value of a parameter is the initial view for the parameter filter. When the default value of a parameter is modified, the next time the parameter is viewed, it will use the last value selected and not the default value that was initially displayed. You can select a different default value than what is listed in the Parameter Details by using the Default Value column within the Selector List table on the left.

In the Selector List table, the selected parameter is highlighted and outlined in blue. Parameter details are displayed in a grid in the right window.
